  • What does it mean that one side is coated? What if the other isn't?

    Coated sides have a gloss to them, while sides that aren't coated have a rough feel to them.

  • What does black centered paper mean?

    Black centered papers is reffering to the adhesive that is used to bind papers that are specialized together, this makes them stiffer and have better properties of the sheets.

  • Is it better to send files as tif or jpg?

    Tiff, because the files are better for printing.

  • Can you work with pantone number?

    Yes, we can work with that.

  • Should the files be left in Photoshop type?

    As long as the font layers are Rasterize so that font problems are avoided.

  • Can your computers read qxp files?

    Yes they can.

  • What resolution artwork is required?

    All artwork that is submitted needs at least a resolution of 300 DPI for best print quality.

  • How many images are allowed in a deck?

    The number of cards you order determines the number of images allowed. One example of this is a deck of 52 cards can have up to 52 different images. You can even have one image on one side of the cards, and another single image on the reverse side of the card.

  • How many cards are in a deck?

    A deck of playing cards has 52 cards, additionally 2 jokers cards making a total of 54.

  • What format should the artwork be submitted in?

    It's best to use 300 DPI( Dots per inches) JPG, BMP, GIF, PCT, and TIFF.

  • How long do orders take to complete?

    Payments under $5,000 take place through wire transfer. Orders exceeding $5,000 are can be done through letter of credit. For orders above $20,000 all that is required is 50% of the order total in advance and balance against fax copy of bill of lading / alternatively letter of credit.
